PAYMENT:	All prices and payments are in UK Sterling. UK Cheques ONLY are accepted, Cheques & Postal orders made payable to Surplus And Adventure. All major Credit Cards accepted.
POSTAGE & PACKING:	Orders are sent by ANC and can take up to 5 working days to arrive. When ordering please also include a day time telephone number, in case we need to contact you regarding your order. Within the UK, delivery is free on orders over £100.00 and just £6.95 per order (not per item) on orders below. Worldwide P&P is charged at cost.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:	In the unlikely event of a return, please FIRST contact us to discuss the best method of action to rectify the situation. If the exchange is due to incorrect size, colour etc. ordered, the return postage of £6.95 (UK) must be paid for by the customer. Please enclose a cheque or postal order.
DELIVERY:	Goods in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days but please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery.
