The Web-Tex Aqua-tex Hydration Pack has a 2 litre wide mouth TPU water bladder contained in a 1000 denier waterproof Cordura Nylon cover, available in 3 colours, British DPM (camo), desert Camo & Olive green. Main compartment with full length zip and heavy duty carry handle.
Comfortable to wear all day and great for staying hydrated whilst on the move. Also ideal for British Army TA and cadets as well as participants in various outdoor activities like Hiking, Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking and more.

How much water should I drink every day?

The amount you should drink each day depends on several factors including climate, physical activity and diet. The UK Food Standards Agency recommends that in a moderate climate, we need to drink at least 6/8 glasses of water (or other fluids) to prevent dehydration. This means approximately 2.5 litres a day for the average person.
